Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal and energetic nature of our spiritual products—including candles, ritual tools, and wellness items—all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been shipped.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take pride in carefully packaging each order. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at light@aurazilea.com

  • Include your order number, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the issue. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, or is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Once you have done so, you may email us your claim details, and as a gesture of goodwill, we will send you a 10% discount code for your next order.

4. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Because we ship quickly—often within 24 hours—cancellation requests after that time cannot be guaranteed.
