Processing & Shipping Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday. 

  • If, for any reason, orders will not ship within this 72-hour window (e.g., during high-volume periods or scheduled closures), a clear notice will be posted on the homepage of our website with updated shipping timelines.

Shipping Carrier Delays

  • Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our control. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Missing Packages

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Items

  • We take pride in how carefully we package every offering. If your offerings arrive damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a damage claim. Be sure to keep all packaging and the damaged product for the claim process.
