4. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major forms of payment.

Our online store is built and hosted on Wix, which provides a secure e-commerce platform. All transactions are processed using encrypted payment technology to ensure your financial information is protected. We do not store or have access to your full payment details—all sensitive data is handled securely through our third-party payment processor.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violations of our Terms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Shipping delays may occur due to the carrier, and we are not responsible for such delays.

If an item is marked as delivered but not received, or if your order is damaged in transit, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. After you’ve filed a claim, you may email us at light@aurazilea.com with your claim details to receive a 10% discount code for your next order as a token of appreciation for your damaged item. Note that the discount code will only be sent to you if you've received a damaged offering. 

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
